{"id":1440,"date":"2009-12-01T11:43:12","date_gmt":"2009-12-01T17:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mrbluesummers.com\/?p=1440"},"modified":"2009-12-01T11:43:12","modified_gmt":"2009-12-01T17:43:12","slug":"quick-anouncement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.mrbluesummers.com\/1440\/blog\/quick-anouncement","title":{"rendered":"Quick Anouncement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey everyone,<\/p>\n<p>Just wanted to let you know that some changes are afoot. \u00a0In the short-term, I&#8217;m encoding the latest Monday Movie now, so I should have it up by 8pm Pacific Time (~5AM Paris). \u00a0I have to go to work, that&#8217;s why there&#8217;s such a long delay.<\/p>\n<p>Now the bad news is that I&#8217;m going to be deleting my YouTube account, and all the movies inside. \u00a0It&#8217;s going to be a big shift, but it&#8217;s important because I need to redo a lot of the videos in there. \u00a0The good news is that after all this is done, I&#8217;ll be going back through all the videos and<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Re-encoding them to maximize quality (if the original footage exists),<\/li>\n<li>Re-uploading them with robust, consistent metadata, and<\/li>\n<li>Uploading them in multiple places, and broadcasting the posts to different communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anyway, just a heads up. \u00a0I don&#8217;t want anyone to worry when all the videos disappear for a while. \u00a0I&#8217;ll try to keep the downtime to a minimum by getting all the uploadable videos ready ahead of time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey everyone, Just wanted to let you know that some changes are afoot. \u00a0In the short-term, I&#8217;m encoding the latest Monday Movie now, so I should have it up by 8pm Pacific Time (~5AM Paris). \u00a0I have to go to work, that&#8217;s why there&#8217;s such a long delay.
